Concentrated liquidity is Uniswap V3's core innovation. Instead of providing liquidity across the entire price curve (0 to infinity like V2), V3 allows LPs to specify a tight price range and concentrate capital there. The capital earns higher APY because fees are concentrated on a smaller range.

Example Calculation

Conservative: ±10% Range
